My name is E. Renard Jackson. Thank you for visiting The Gallery by E. Renard. For the vast majority of my life, photography was nothing more than a passing thought. But in 2000, right at the cusp of the digital revolution, I purchased by first camera. It wasn't anything elaborate or overly expensive, and there were very few expectations involved. But along the way something happened. Out of every bad shot taken and deleted, somehow an unlikely photographer emerged. And while I was still a little rough around the edges, my confidence grew more and more with each sound of a shutter's release. In the most unorthodox of ways, photography had discovered me. And we've been inseparable ever since.
